Gone are the days when renting your clothes is seen as being unfashionable. In fact, the rental market has surged in popularity over recent years. Hiring out a dress for your next wedding invite or hiring out a bag for your next holiday has become the best solution to our growing sustainability concerns.

According to the Waste and Resources Action Programme (WARP) demand for raw materials is expected to triple by 2050 and an estimated £140 million worth of clothing is sent to UK landfill each year.  The impact affordable fast fashion and the influence of consumer culture on social media, is having a detrimental effect on the earth’s resources.

Not only will the planet be thanking you, but your purse will be too, as you can shop your favourite brands for less. Letting you change up your style and experiment with new trends without the long term commitment – it’s the perfect antidote to fast fashion.

Sounds great right? But where do you start? Well look no further as I've done all the research for you and curated a list of the best clothing rental services. All that’s left for you to do is start browsing.
